At Mattress King, we offer timely shipping services for all of our purchases. Whether you decide to place an order online or in-store, our team ensures that your purchase is delivered in a timely and professional manner. Online purchases will ship within 3-7 business days.

Mattress King provides White Glove Delivery services for in-store purchases. Our transportation department works with you to provide the best delivery experience possible, ensuring your new mattress is installed and set up correctly, and your old one is responsibly removed.

30 Day Comfort Exchange
​The Mattress King 30-day Comfort Exchange is for mattresses that were purchased from Mattress King.
​
All comfort exchanges must occur within the first 30 days of the mattress delivery date.​
Customers who upgrade their mattress for one of greater value are charged the difference, plus shipping and tax.
Mattress King does not refund the difference for exchanges.
Mattress King does not exchange pillows, mattress protectors, frames, foundations, or adjustable/smart beds.
